 Dr. Flippin is a great man of wisdom. He is a refined leader graced in humility and practicality. Dr. Flippen has the heart of a loving father! He is a sage that provides biblical and wise counsel to pastors and leaders across the world. My life, family, ministry and business is better because of the wisdom that I have received from him through coaching.  He is truly gifted to raise leaders because Dr. Flippen himself is a magnificent leader!

 Reverend Dr. William Flippin, Sr. has served as Facilitator for two leadership seminars at our church, Morris Street Baptist Church, Charleston, SC. He has also served as Guest Preacher for us. He has provided Pastoral coaching and wise counsel relating to multiple sensitive ministry subjects. He genuinely cares about individual Pastors and churches. He desires to provide Pastors and congregants with spiritual tools through inspiration, Christian education, Biblical edification, and Holy Spirit-led sanctification among leaders. Many of our leaders especially connected with him, as he shared narratives from his vast experiences in Pastoral Ministry.  It is said that everything rises and falls on leadership—that adequate leadership can make the world better for all of us. In a society where we have witnessed poor leadership, the Rev. Dr. William E. Flippin serves as a beacon of light amongst darkness.  Not only does Dr. Flippin offer executive leadership and life coaching, but he also offers spiritual leadership coaching, helping his clients to discover their spiritual gifts, which when activated, leads to a purpose driven life.  In this, clients will utilize tools that promote emotional and spiritual maturity to reach new heights for us to fulfill the Kingdom of God.  

When Jesus preached that the “greatest amongst us shall be the least of these, the Lord was saying that our society is only as strong as our weakest link, and with God, we can do all things.  The Dr. Flippin is a man of God who embodies all of this.  He believes that God’s people should be put over profit, politics, and every other vice that hinders mankind. 

 It was a divine honor to have Rev. Dr. William, Sr. facilitate our Leadership Institute.  His instruction was practical for doing ministry in the 21st century as the Church seeks new techniques to embrace believers and to evangelize our communities.  Each two day session was powerful with interaction and engaging with content to equip the attendees with fresh ministry methods.  Dr. Flippin's teaching style is intergenerational and all groups were endowed with a desire to embrace their ministry obligations with a spiritual tenacity to make a positive difference for the Lord.  As a proven leader, Dr. Flippin has published books that provide the profundity for individuals build ministry teams with confidence.  Our congregation was blessed!

 I am thankful for the life and legacy of Rev. Dr William Flippin. In 2018 he supported from a distance in 2019 we remained in open communication and in 2020 he literally resurrected my hopes and dreams as God brought us closer. Pastor Flippin is a leader’s  leader. I will never forget the last lines he said at the end of our first conversation, “Son I raise leaders.” Imagine a man with that much insight and prophetic clarity to call into alignment with what is to be. If you want to grow and expand you should to connect with someone who doesn’t just have theory but experience. 

Words can’t express how Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr. has helped to propel me into a capable leader. His trainings and leadership style have helped to keep me accountable and on track to achieve both my short term and long term goals. As a result of Dr. Flippin’s ongoing support, I’ve been able to achieve many of my aspirations that were otherwise thought to be unimaginable. I’ll always be indebted to him for all that he has helped me to achieve.
